2) 学院人员带领学生到新加坡*

  • 护照
  • 入境卡(入境时新加坡移民与关卡局所分发)
  • 护照型照片（35mm×45mm白底彩色）
  • 新加坡移民与关卡局有附带条件的批准信
  • 学生申请表格eForm (学院提供印本)
  • 体检报告(如需)
  • 学生有可能需要提供以下资料的原件：
    a) 出生公证书（英译，公证书）
    b) 最高学历及成绩单（英译，公证书）

2) 学费: 学费属分期付款

  • 第一期分期付款 (学生合约注明) 必须在开学前1个月付清。
  • 学生必需在开学前一个月付清第一期的学费。接下来的款项则需要在截止日期前一周缴清。

3) 付款方式:

  • 支票/汇款/电汇
  • 支票/汇款须支付“ASCENSIA ACADEMY PTE LTD”
  • 电汇须支付:“Ascensia Academy Pte Ltd”, UOB Account No:116-309-314-1 (请向学院索取电汇单)

  • 分级考试成绩
  • 年龄（根据政府学校规定年龄——预备课程）
  • 计划入读政府院校的级别
