Ma Kuang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Ma Kuang Healthcare Group was founded in 1990 in Penghu County, Magong City, Taiwan, hence giving “in the glory of Magong” as its name. Ma Kuang, Singapore was established in 1999 and Tianjin in 2010. In terms of operation number of institutions and treatment efficacy Ma Kuang Healthcare Group is one of the leading medical providers in the region.
In 2019, Ascensia International School came under the management of Ma Kuang Healthcare Management Pte Ltd and has been providing International Baccalaureate (IB) education for 6-7-year-old children. The decision was made to change the educational direction towards tertiary education, particularly in healthcare, which is aligned with the Vision and Mission of the parent company. On this note, in 2024, Ascensia International School was renamed Ma Kuang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Ma Kuang College of TCM) to carry on the mandate.
