  4. “English Entrance Course”: The course offered to applicants who fail the English Entrance Test but are eligible for further assistance to improve their English proficiency.
  5. “Pre-Course Seminar”: The seminar offered to applicants who pass the English Entrance Test and are invited to attend to confirm their acceptance of the offer.
  6. “Test Results”: The results of the English Entrance Test communicated to the applicant.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Use of Services
      1. Agree to comply with the outlined terms and conditions when using Ascensia International School’s services.
      2. These terms and conditions govern access to and use of educational services and facilities.

      2. Ensure confidentiality and security of personal data in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
    3. Registration and Enrolment
      1. Complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information to enrol.
      2. Enrolment is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and payment of applicable fees.
    4. Intellectual Property
      1. Content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Ascensia International School are protected by copyright laws.
      2. Reproduction, distribution, or use of intellectual property requires express written consent.
    5. Fees and Payments
      1. Refer to the fee schedule for school fees and payment terms.
      2. Payment of fees by the specified due date is necessary to secure enrolment and access to services.
    6. Attendance and Conduct
      1. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the school’s code of conduct.
      2. Misconduct or violation of school policies may result in disciplinary actions.
    7. Termination and Refunds
      1. Either party may terminate the educational services agreement by providing written notice within the specified timeframe.

      1. Ascensia International School is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of services or facilities.

    9. Dispute Resolution
      1. Resolve any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions through mediation or arbitration.
      2. Singapore law governs dispute resolution, with arbitration conducted in Singapore.
    10. Amendments and Modifications
      1. Ascensia International School reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions.

    1. The English Entrance Test and accompanying materials are provided on an “as is” basis.
    2. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the test or its results.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
    2. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and conditions falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

 

FOR FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

    1. Foreign users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in case of a dispute.
    2. Resolve any disputes through arbitration in Singapore according to the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

 

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

  1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  2. Failure or delay by the test administration in enforcing any right or provision under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
